# Mini apps

> Run curated image and video mini apps, or create and publish your own.

# Mini apps

**Mini apps** are packaged generation flows (image or video) with fixed inputs and hidden prompts. Run official, community, or your own apps from the catalog.

Routes:

* Catalog: `/studio/apps`
* My apps (creator): `/studio/my-apps`
* Run: `/studio/image-generator?mode=app&app={slug}` or `/studio/video-generator?mode=app&app={slug}`

## Run an app

1. Open **Mini apps** (`/studio/apps`).
2. Toggle **Image** / **Video**, search, and browse **Official**, **Community**, or **My apps**.
3. Select an app — Studio opens the host generator in **app** mode.
4. Fill the required inputs → press **Generate** (cost shown on the button).

## Create and publish (My mini apps)

1. Open **My mini apps** (`/studio/my-apps`).
2. Create a new image or video app.
3. Configure tabs: **General**, **Inputs**, **Steps**, and **User options** (chain models/tools; keep system prompts private).
4. **Test run** (uses credits) → **Save**.
5. **Submit for review** when ready. Statuses: Draft, Private, In review, Published, Rejected.

## Credits and access

* Each run shows its credit cost up front; test runs consume credits.
* Creating/publishing apps may require a Plus (or higher) plan — Studio prompts when an upgrade is needed.

## Tips

* Favorite apps you reuse every week.
* Keep creator prompts short and deterministic so community users get predictable results.
* Prefer one clear job per app (for example “product packshot”) over a catch-all tool.
