# Help and tickets

In Studio, **Help** combines documentation and support.

Route: `/studio/help`

## Documentation

The **Open docs** button goes to this site (`https://docs.mokaccinoai.com`).

## Create a ticket

1. On `/studio/help`, fill in **Subject** (min. 3 characters) and **Description** (min. 10).
2. Include steps, the model used, and any error text.
3. Submit the ticket.

You’ll see your tickets under **My tickets** with their status.

  A ticket with model + short prompt + error screenshot resolves much faster.
