# Frequently asked questions

## Why can’t I generate?

* **Not enough credits** — buy extras or upgrade your plan.
* **Concurrency limit** — wait for another generation to finish or upgrade.
* **Model not available** on your plan — switch engines or upgrade.
* **Beta / waitlist access** — your account isn’t approved yet.

## Where are my files saved?

In the **project** active when you generated. Review them in Projects, My generations, or each tool’s gallery.

## Can I use the content commercially?

It depends on your plan and the current terms. Check the plans/FAQ section in **Plan and billing** and the terms on [mokaccinoai.com](https://mokaccinoai.com).

## How do I change language or theme?

Top toolbar → language / theme. Also in account settings.

## How do I contact support?

1. Search these docs.
2. If that’s not enough: `/studio/help` → new ticket.

## A generation failed — was I charged?

If the provider fails, Studio usually releases or doesn’t consume the credit. If you see an incorrect charge, open a ticket with the generation ID/time.
