# Video generator

> Generate AI video clips from prompts and references.

# Video generator

Create clips from text and, depending on the model, image or video references.

Route: `/studio/video-generator`

## Basic flow

1. Select the **project**.
2. Write the prompt (action, camera, pacing, atmosphere).
3. Choose engine / model and parameters (duration, resolution, ratio, etc.).
4. Add references if the model allows it.
5. Generate and preview the result in the workspace player.

## Best practices

* Describe **camera motion** (dolly, pan, orbit) and desired duration.
* A short, concrete prompt often works better than a dense paragraph.
* Check cost: video usually uses more credits than image.

## After generating

Download the clip, reuse it as a reference, save it to the project, or publish to your profile when available.
